TOSS is a buyer-side property advisory and home-buying platform for residential property in Bengaluru. We help buyers discover and shortlist projects, review them, arrange site visits (in person or online), and offer assistance with home loans and legal consultation through qualified third parties. We currently serve Bengaluru only.
2. 0% brokerage for buyers
Buyers do not pay TOSS any brokerage. If any optional service carries a charge (for example a service provided by a third-party professional), it will be explained to you before you commit.
3. Bottom Rate Guarantee
The Bottom Rate Guarantee is TOSS's commitment to help you get the best available price for the unit you book through us, subject to the conditions below.
4. Listing information
- Project details on this website – including prices, sizes, configurations, amenities, possession dates, images and maps – are collected from builders and public sources and are for general information only.
- Prices, offers and availability change frequently and may differ from what is shown. Images may be illustrative.
- Always confirm the latest details with the builder's official documents and the Karnataka RERA website before paying a token or signing any agreement.
5. No guarantee of outcome
We share our honest view of each project, but the decision to buy is yours. We do not guarantee any purchase outcome, price appreciation, rental return, loan approval, possession date, or the builder's performance. Investment-related information is general in nature and is not financial advice. Legal and tax matters should be confirmed with a qualified professional.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate contact details and do not submit requests on someone else's behalf without their consent.
- Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use.
